Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis and review technical specifications to ensure project feasibility.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and prepare progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks.

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in project engineering or a related role, preferably within the oil and gas, and marine industry.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Professional engineering certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is highly preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to coordinate and motivate project teams.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively
