Job Objectives
A competent and proactive IT Administrator managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services and systems, providing technical support, and implementing IT solutions to enhance company operations.
Deliverables
· Maintaining ICT Infrastructure (Servers, Data & Voice cabling, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Access point Controllers, Routers, Firewall, CCTV, Internet Lines, PCs, Laptops, Printers, Peripherals.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education Required:
· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
· Certifications such as CompTIA A +, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CCNA, VCP.
Experience Required:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
· Total 5 years in IT field.
· UAE driving license
Skill Set Required:
· Experience in VMware virtual infrastructure.
· Experience in Installation and Administration of Windows Servers, Roles, AD, DHCP, DNS, Terminal Services, and file services.
· Support and troubleshooting on APC and related UPS/Cabinet Power equipment
· Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration experience.
· Experience in storage management, including configuration, provisioning, and optimizing storage arrays and data storage systems such as SAN, NAS, and RAID.
· Experience with backup software solutions Veritas, or similar.
· Familiarity with backup storage technologies (disk-based, tape-based, cloud-based).
· Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
· Familiarity with network security best practices and technologies (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, etc.).
· Proficiency in Next Generation Antivirus like CrowdStrike etc.
